Infrared Radiation Coating

Infrared radiation coating mainly consists of high emissivity infrared radiation ceramic powder, and is bonded to the substrate with a specific coating method. Infrared radiation coatings are applied by plasma spraying, flame spraying, slurry brushing or spraying. Among them, the slurry spraying method has the advantages of simple operation flow, high production efficiency, suitability for on-site operation of kilns and high safety, and is the mainstream preparation method of infrared radiation coatings for industrial kilns.

SiO series infrared radiation coating: Due to emissivity attenuation caused by high temperature oxidation, it can only be used on kilns with lower temperature or reducing atmosphere.

Spinel-based infrared radiation coating: Wide range of use, cost-effective, of which the iron system spinel coating is generally used on the kiln not exceeding 1100 ℃; chromium spinel coating can be used on the kiln at 1400 ℃.
